Your pack shipment
We use an express courrier. Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via express courrier GLS/DHL with tracking and drop-off with signature. Within EU packages are generally dispatched: 48h - Spain, France Central EU; 72h - Portugal, Switzerland, Balcans and Eastern EU; 96h to Scandinavia, Romania, Greece and UK. Drop-off is made during working time, therefore not to incur in additional expenses please use also business address where during working time there is somebody who can pick up shipments.
Returns
How to return pack shipment
EU rules apply, so you have 15 days to return under condition products are unused and in their original box/bag. It is necessary to fill in the form you can find in your account /order cronology and ship in a suitable box (shipping damages are not chargeable to us) to our Avrora International SRL Via del Dosso, 62 21010 Cardano al Campo (VA) Italy. Shipping costs are at your charge. Once verified products and box conditions we will reimburse (or replace) the item.
Defeated products
In order to avoid this problem, all products shipped are tested before. However, if a product is defective, we will replace it.
Reimbursements
How we reimburse products returned/defective
We reimburse returned/defective items within 10 days since they are received. Reimbursement will take place via Paypall/Credit Card according to your payment. Only the item value will be reimbursed for returned items excluding shipping expenses.
